These people are racketeers. My mother died in September 2022. Before she died, she sold her car for cash to a friend. After she died, the friend told me that she never received the title, even though my mom had requested a duplicate title. The DMV told us that they couldnt issue a duplicate because there was a lien on the title held by Title Cash of NH, which is now closed. I tracked down the appropriate party to release the title, Hutcheson Enterprises of Huntsville, AL. Roy Hutcheson searched for the lien but couldnt find it, and told me he could issue a lien release letter indicating there is not interest in the vehicle, but it would cost $50. There is no reason I should need to pay a fee to have a lien removed from a vehicle when there is no record of the lien remaining. It should be criminal to extort the family of a poor, dead woman over something they have no record of in the first place. I have submitted a complaint with the consumer financial protection bureau. Perhaps that will help them come to their senses. Id rate them 0 stars if Google allowed it.

They don't care anything about their customers they just want money. This business in Lansing Kansas named Cash 2 Go needs to be SHUT DOWN OR GIVEN A HEAVY FINE FOR DOING ILLEGAL THINGS CONCERNING THEIR TITLE LOAN SERVICE
