There are about 4 good workers here. The remainder of workers are incredibly lazy and you better hope they aren't working when you arrive or you will wait in line for hours. Management is very friendly and seems to be aware of the problem. I have on multiple occasions seen management out of the floor helping out when the line gets too long for the lazy crew. They need to start hiring more people and get rid of the embarrassingworkers...keep the good ones. Plain and simple.

I gave these people 1 star first they turn people away all the time like it's nothing they seem not to care plus it's a waist of time calling them for help they tell you something then when you arrive it's somethings else I hope yall stop playing with people it's 20022 it's not no games

Been waiting for medical for 35 minutes. This office has been empty for at least that long. 7 people including me waiting.

3 weeks later- I'm waiting to donate. I've been here 2.5 hours. They're still taking in more people even though people aren't getting brought back. I ate this morning but bc they've got me here so long im getting hungry again. Doesn't look like im going to get in soon either. So much for eat a big meal before you come in.
You want donors? Great. But how about the staff to maintain your business. This should not be an all day thing

I just finished and it was after closing. I went to the car and realized I was bleeding. Couldn't get in or anyone's attention for probably 5 minutes of kicking the door (bc I was keeping pressure on my arm). They need to have something in place for circumstances such as these
Next edit: line down to the bathroom and they're saying a 3 hour wait. I ask for an express pass to come back in the afternoon only to be told it's to early in the day for one. It's 10am and they only have one row going. I don't think it was unreasonable to ask for a pass.
