I Spoke with Megan at the salon on 1/25 And she made me an appointment and we confirmed for 1/26. Megan told me they were right beside Edgars bakery. When I got there for my appointment, the salon was closed and Megan was gone and she also denied ever talking to me. I feel like I dodged a bullet by appointment getting lost by this salon. its very bad business practice. I will not be doing business with them, and would warn others against. I think the worst part was Megan denied ever even speaking with me on the phone.

Leslie is a fantastic stylist and extension specialist! I wont let anyone else touch my hair and she is always down to try new things for my hair goals!

Booked online as I normally do and was charged $25 as a booking fee which was supposed to be applied to my haircut, but was not. I called after I checked my credit card statement and realized I was overcharged was told they would just apply it next timenot cool! Ive now been charged $25 plus the actual haircut and tip! Basically, I was penalized for booking online and keeping my appointment. Definitely dont trust to do this again.
