        I really want to give a better review because I loved my experience with Randi and the front desk staff. Sadly my eyelashes are falling off pretty rapidly, I had them done Wednesday of this week. I dont know if Ive done anything wrong as I try to care for them gently and dont rub my eyelashes. I feel defeated.

        DO NOT GO HERE! DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE MEMBERSHIP THEY WILL CONTINUE TO CHARGE YOU EVEN AFTER YOU HAVE CANCELED! THIS PLACE IS A SCAM AND WILL RUIN YOUR LASHES! The lash techs and front desk staff are not properly trained! If you ever have an issue don't bother getting any answers, the managers and owners are somehow never available and the front desk gal, Summer will give you a run around that makes no sense! I have no idea how this place stays in business as I'm not the only one with this complaint (see below for more with the same issue!) This place runs as though the customers are always wrong and have made me pay ($159) for an oversight on their end. I will be reporting them to BBB.

      The moment you set foot in one of our Amazing Lash Studio in Huntsville, AL, you know you are in the right place. Our contemporary studio designs welcome you with a bright, comfortable lobby where you will complete some initial documentation to help your stylist customize your style. You will be greeted by your licensed lash stylist and escorted to your private suite. That’s right, a private suite so you can relax and unwind while our stylists do their magic. Your stylist will review your documentation and discuss the look you are seeking. Together you will review the proprietary lash styles and determine the length and thickness of your lashes. Next, you get comfortable on our cushioned massage tables and the stylist begins their magic.

      Hi Mallory, We are sorry to hear your experience with your cancellation as we strive to make our lash memberships transparent and stress-free. No guest should continue to be charged if they follow the proper cancellation steps outlined in their membership contract. One needs to turn in the signed termination forms to their home studio at least 48 hours prior to the next billing date in order to successfully end the automatic payments. This requirement is meant to protect remaining clients within the membership program and uphold the specials and promotions we provide.
