        They were friendly at this location but they didn't install my battery properly. It was so loose I was able to lift the connector off the battery. I drove out of town like this and this could have made me be stranded. Next time please make sure to install the batteries properly for the safety of your customers

        Returned the wrong part and was given a 20% discount coupon. Then found the part at another store, called them to hold it for me, and discovered they DID have the correct part and installed it for me! I saved money and got courteous and helpful service from Brandon. Great store!
