I use to live here 8 years ago. They go from management to management, changing the name of the apartments like changing clothes, I would not never refer anyone there. It is down right ridiculous,. I am trying to find the headquarters now because whoever is in the office now is very disrespectful. There is so much I want to say. I cannot even get anything done I wish I knew the lady name. She shouldn't be there. I am so glad I am away from there.very stressful.

I have been staying at this location for the past four years. Every year there is a new struggle and obstacle to overcome. My 1st apartment here was absolutely horrible (4400 10B). There was mold growing on my ceiling for months before the Maintenace team took action, my floorboards were sinking in due to termites, my AC unit made a horribly loud noise that I was told "was normal" for months before an electrician determined i needed a new thermostat, and this all transpired while I had a newborn baby in my home. The insulation in each apartment is horrible so expect your power bill to be excruciatingly high due to your AC unit having to overwork to keep your desired temperatures. I moved into a new unit 2 years ago (not renovated) and small Maintenace requests like resurfacing my tubs, new blinds, or a new dishwasher have yet to be addressed. My water heater even caught on fire one night and I called emergency Maintenace just for no one to show up, not even on the next day. Luckly my boyfriend does Maintenace and was able to come and address the issue, purchase the new part needed, and install the part HIMSELF. To make matters even worse every representative/landlord in the office has been awful to work with. From abhorrent customer service to literally being incoherent on some days. I have walked in on one representative sleep at her desk while the office was open. The office opens and closes when it wants to with no prior notice given and the representatives are unsensitive to the tenant's concerns/requests. I was recently told by a representative that if i wanted to speak with them about my rental agreement, i would have to make an appointment and that walking in the office was not an option due to them being too busy with other tenant's concerns. Not to mention that this is the 5th office representative they have hired in my 4 years of living here. Maintenance is unreliable and constantly changing, so you can expect a new person to be in your home for every request you send in. Additional charges will be applied to your account for waste and pest control however you will never see pest control (unless you request for them to come in your home) and you will take your own trash to the dumpster. They have changed the name of the property, switched owners, painted, and even built new steps, but the overall experience is still the same. I would not recommend this property or any other Sundance Management property to my worst enemy. Unfortunately, this has been the affordable route for me and my son but this will definitely be my final year with this property. $1000 a month and you would think that you could at least have great customer service from Maintenace and your landlord however, this is not the case. I wish I would have known all these things would transpire before moving here so i hope this review can give apartment searchers some insight to what you have to look forward to.

Would not recommend.. place is falling apart and maintenance doesnt do their job but will fix up the empty units .. pest doesnt come out how much they are supposed too .. had 3 floods in the apartment 1st sewage flood which happened the first month came all from upstairs and also was overflowing for 6 days before they could get anyone to fix it , 2nd upstairs flood which flooded my bathroom ceiling which lady was moved out and then a 3rd flood came from in between the walls flooded my whole bathroom and closet , heat was out for 4 months told me they had to order a part never came back and water heater out landlord did not do anything a bout the situations just kept putting maintenance request in but nothing was done .. landlord wouldnt get the hole in my ceiling fixed after the flood just a poor place to stay !! And also with the 3rd flood the water that came the walls made an electrical problem with the outlet that was connected to the bathroom .. moved out nothing was done until after I moved out and that was against my lease !!! But the apartment are very large in size really loved this about them but for first apartment terrible experience for almost 900 dollars a month when they used to be 600 and this is for a 1 bed room
