The Beacon

After being a residence at The Beacon Apartments, I have not been my very best with the New Head Community Director Ms Rhonda. It has been plenty of occasions where Ive came to visit Ms Eason, but If Ms Eason couldnt help me at that time or was busy Ms Rhonda would help, but I would insist on coming back at a later time because her attitude is very trashy towards residence. Ms Eason is one of the best Leasing Specialist at The Beacon.

They wont answer the phone at all. Its been 2 weeks and my boyfriend cant get his past rental verification from them because they wont respond to the new apartment place we are moving in. He hasnt lived there in over a year and we are trying to move into our new apartment but no one will respond to the calls or the new leasing lady at our new apartment.

If I could give this place zero starts I would. Thplace is the definition of unprofessional they will take months and months to fix things unless your a man which they do it immediately. They will change days on you withottle to no notice I advise anyone and everyone here to no go here not just the apartment is garbage but around the complex is unsafe and scary at times. There have been shooting mirdes near the complec and still they charge high rent for minimal protection. The gates are never closed the fence is up but why have a fence when the gates are wide open. The apartments are terrible they are poorly made with everything falling apart and again the matimecw team will never fix anything. I've been trying to get a tiny part in my dishwasher fixed for 6 months now and still nothing. Do not go here unless you are looking for a scam

If only I could give no stars then that what it would have been. Rhonda the Manger is not I repeat not a good manager when I called for 2 days just to talk with her about my concerns it fell on deaf ears. With no empathy for the situation. since my daughter has moved in its been nothing but lies and dis service. From which unit she would stay in to the unit not being ready move in day and were sitting there waiting hours with a U-Haul truck. Then to top things off there were issues with air unit the tub and the kitchen. Fast forward to safety issues and they were not willing to transfer my daughter to another unit even though we were willing to pay transfer fee. I was told corporate wouldnt allow it they would lose money because they would have to paint and clean but the unit wasnt even clean prior to moving in it and the paint wasnt even dry when we did move in. No dont move here its a scam its not gated you can walk right in the gate is always open and its always when I do visit men standing inside on the building. Stray dogs and Crack heads I hate my daughter stays there counting the months til her lease ends. Wouldnt recommend to a No one not even my enemies. RUN FAST
