        Avoid this place at all costs. I lived in these apartments from 2017-2024. I had an issue with bugs. I killed multiple huge roaches EVERYDAY. The record of roaches killed in one night is eight. Imagine lying in bed and a gigantic cockroach is crawling above you. It would be worse when it rained. I even paid for my own exterminator and that didnt work. The exterminator told me himself that there were likely nests somewhere.. The toilet in my apt would clog every few weeks and I would have to wait hours before it would be fixed. All because someone in another unit flushed wipes. When I moved in there were bugs in my oven. I also had to deal with someone allowing their dog to poop in front of my door. I stepped in poop multiple times and the office would never address it. I also dealt with the neighbors dog barking for hours. I have a friend who lived in these apartments as well and her door was kicked in. We received no notice about it happening. Im assuming its because the apartments wanted to keep it hidden. Now that Ive moved out they are saying I didnt pay a deposit, when it In fact I paid a security deposit, pet deposit AND rent. It would make sense that they cant find the records because these apartments go thru management companies and workers like underwear. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

        My experience with Ascent Jones Valley apartment complex is a five star if i could go to a 10 I would .Amanda Peach was awesome she are so friendly and so pleasant to take care of businesses for you she took her time with me more then one day I thank God for her. So sweet and kind. Thank you Amanda.
