VUE at Rocket City Apartments

The site they use for residents to pay rent goes down and they threaten you with a late fee even if you are trying to pay but wont fix the website or give leniency when its their side having issues

I took a tour of their 1bedroom 1 bathroom unit & it was extremely small, it might as well be a studio; The in unit washer is also a combination dryer located in the bedroom closet that is extremely small as well. Lastly, the woman giving me the tour had a very condescending attitude once I told her where I am trying to move from. Dont even waste your time looking into this place.

We had a power failure on Tuesday and Lester the maintenance supervisor did a great job getting out power back on. Great job Lester!!!!

We had a severe power failure on Tuesday 7/25/2023. Lester the maintenance supervisor did a great job getting our power back on. Lester stayed on the Property until all inspections was completed and Huntsville Utilities restored power. Lester checked on residents through out the day who had health concerns ensuring they were good. Lester exemplified leadership and accountability. Awesome Job Lester!!!!
