Good Ppl work here. Im of the opinion that our tax money should pay for this rather than many other wasteful things we are paying for. Be careful that yours only seeing providers covered by your insurance!

This is addiction medicine only, not true psychiatry or mental health care. The highest professional they have for mental health care is a nurse practitioner. Your insurance will mislead you to believe that an actual physician practices at this location, but they do not. they are physicians with multi state licenses who are just providing addiction care. If you need mental health care, or psychiatric healthcare, go somewhere else or private pay to somewhere else. Also, they may schedule you for an in person appointment, which is actually just telehealth in their office. They have a requirement that you pay to meet with one of their counselors before you can speak to a medication provider, even if you already have a counselor, which is redundant.

I had my first appointment today and hated it. I could hear through the walls and the room they had me in was so dusty. My throat and face itches like crazy. Hopefully, I can do zoom calls from home moving forward. Nicole Clark was nice.

From my first appointment up to every appointment I have had everyone at Pathway has been kind and friendly. Bridgette and Selena always know who I am and who I am there to see. They are friendly, professional, but personable. Coltor McGaha is my counselor and from day one I felt comfortable with him. When I first sat down he told me all about himself first so I knew who I was dealing with. I feel completely comfortable with him and telling him anything. He has been very helpful with me understanding myself. I Highly recommend going to Pathway. They honestly seem to care and are great to work with.

Went and paid for counseling for them to tell me to get a second job to distract myself or go home and research coping techniques zero help and a waste of money very disappointing. Also, did not tell me my doctor wasnt in until I showed up and said I could meet with someone else over zoom or wait 3 weeks after waiting over a month for this appointment.
