I went in for a trade in for my acura rl 07... it was burdening me with many financial problem... I was able to find 2 potential trade-ins that they shared with me for both my car and cash on hand... they checked my financials and decided to only give me 2 choices when I could actually afford the other vehicle as well.... as the salesman proceeded to hand me a big stack of paperwork without thoroughly explaining everything they printed out I took some time in scanning throughout... feeling rushed and under pressure I hurried looking through the paperwork... note... I'm the person putting towards a car they're trying to sale me... when I finally start signing certain documents they were able to finally bring the car around and I saw multiple scratches all over... they told me " it was from a family in Tennessee that kept up the maintenance" let's just say what was acknowledged under the hood : cobwebs, wasps nest, corrosion, mold growth. Yes these things were located on EVERYTHING under the hood... as they decided to finally "detail the car for me" I start having certain problems and I took it to the a few times to figure out what it was for them to fix it... there over thousands of hr trained mechanic told me that he couldn't figure out the problem and I should take it to a different dealership and pay them for a problem they couldn't fix... note the problem occurred only a few weeks after signing off on the papers... the other dealership figured out the problem and it was a loose piece of sheet metal scraping against the exhaust system... they reimbursed me for my trouble that one time... now I'm having another problem and yes I brought it back to them to see if they can bring another one of their over thousands of hr trained mechanic to figure it out...they didn't and also charged me labor on a car they sold me but can't fix and sent me to a different dealership AGAIN.....accountability and responsibility for this dealership has gone down and like with any business if you want to save it start firing from the TOP DOWNWARD... there's a few more things that they weasel themselves out of but due to the current time I have to go to work so I can make money to pay for a car a was swindled into buying
