I went here for 7 years and always received excellent service. Went in 3/2020 after filling my taxes the office just closed, had no way of reaching her, was not able to get my paperwork nor file my state taxes causing me to be charged a late fee. My daughter also went, they never submitted her paperwork which meant that she did not receive her refund or any of the stimulus checks. Took over a year to reach someone and then she did her taxes wrong causing an audit and they lost her paperwork. I would give them no stars if I could.

He was referred to me by a reputable CPA. He charged for services he never provided. I’ve called, emailed, text & even visited his home residence in Madison & he still doesn’t return calls. He’s a low level swindler who will gladly take your money knowing full well he can’t deliver on his promise. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM, HE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY & STRING YOU ALONG.

Be ware! He is a not as good as what he says.My case he worked on; took money and upon not receiving proper response ;chose not to contact for more than 1000 calls;emails and all efforts to connect.Funny thing is we believe anybody says anything; these people should be held in the court for justice-- find another professional!
