All the employees do is talk moving slow and some act as if they don't wanna be there go get a job somewhere else customer service awful

If I would have been able to order a milkshake I would have given more stars. Don't tell me the machine has chemicals on it for cleaning and when I get to the drive thru window I watch you spray chemicals on it because you don't feel like making a milkshake.

I was had an early appointment and finished early. Needless to say, I was hungry! So,I stopped at Jacks to order Breakfast through their drive thru, it wasnt a line. But, I had missed the time period. Therefore, I ordered from the lunch menu, the young lady taking the order was very nonchalant and to the point. I proceeded to window and paid for my order. It was another young lady who greeted me, who was very friendly and pleasant. My order was ready immediately and after checking it for everything, I was happy to leave. The food was hot, and but my Fries seemed pre-fried or sitting out already! The Big fish sandwich is really a big piece of fish on a small bun! Especially, what youre paying for nowadays. Its really downside! And my lemonade was watery. I enjoyed the Strawberry cheese pie, though. But Wow, I was a little disappointed with my food I had wanted to eat! All I can say about this visit is: THE FOOD WAS HOT! Wheelchair accessibility: Theres wheelchair accessibility at the entrance.

I was over charged for the two bologna, egg and cheese sandwiches. I purchased that was for $3.00 . I was not given a receipt. I was purchasing the sandwiches for someone else.
