        be careful of their cancellation policy they leave it completely open so they can charge you whatever they want or feel like. i was charged 125 for missing my appointment. that is completely outrageous. when i went in to ask for my money back because this fee was ridiculously high she was completely rude about it and just gave me a gift card. i have never been charged 125 for missing an appointment, that is how much i was going to be paying for my hair there.
