When I was playing sports in high school and college I did not realize how contagious the energy of my peers could be when you are chasing the same goal. As I got older I realize others are chasing that goal of being healthier, having more energy, and living life to the fullest. In that realization GOD showed me my purpose which is to help bring as many people closer to Christ through health and Fitness! My purpose for creating this gym is so our current and future partners will have a place to call HOME. A place where coaches care about you inside and outside the walls of the gym! A place where we take the thinking out of working out and you have passionate coaches ready to motivate and teach you movements the correct way!
