Dealing with this company has been an absolute horrible experience. Ive been given the runaround for the last 2 weeks about receiving my medication and I wish I could deal with another company at this point. I feel as if Im being scammed. Ive talked to 10 different people at this company and they all have told me different information and I still have not received my medication. Im totally frustrated at this point !!!

I have used Acreedo for over a year and a half with no problems. Customer service has been great and my medication has always been on time. I have had 3 nurses in my time with Acreedo and have had nothing but good experiences with them.

Terrible experience with this company. They are very incompetent. They will not help you or talk to you about any medication without pay and once paid they still wont fill the medication due to needing approval over and over and over again. They will swear its your insurance but its not. There is no easy refill method. You will have to fight to have your medicine refilled every time. I am looking into getting a new service now. Do not waste your time in this company. If I could, I would give it no stars.

Accredo needs to be permanently shut down. Their incompetence, lack or organization, poor internal communication, and sub par electronic medical record system will likely lead to preventable death or serious illness for their victims(if has not already).

Worst specialty pharmacy out there. When they forgot to transfer my medication from Walgreens (I kept nagging them about it for two weeks), I had my doctor call in a script directly to them. Now all of a sudden, they say it takes 7 business days to process the prescription and then another 7 days for it to be delivered. On what planet does it take a pharmacy 2 weeks to fill important biologic medications? Its not like Im a new patient. A prescription can be processed in a day even at the busiest pharmacies. I would know because Im a pharmacist who processes 300/day. These people are just lazy. Seriously considering dropping my employers insurance just to get away from this company.
