Ive shopped with Mark for 20 years, his work is always impeccable. His knowledge of the stones and the 3Cs is beyond anything Ive ever experienced. Hes always given me great prices too. Several years back I took a diamond ring that I purchased from somewhere else to him to have it sized. I asked him what do he think about the quality of the stones, he said the stones were near perfect and quoted a value of them. He quoted the same price I had paid for it from a different jeweler. He later asked where did I get it from and I shared the info. His response was, they treated me right. I dont have any real complaints, if theres one thing he could refrain from is being a little flirty. It didnt bother me, I summed it up as hes a business man trying to capture as much business as he can. Personally I hate hes retiring and closing the store. I trust his work and his eye for the perfect stone. Im planning on buying several loose stones from him before he closes for good. There will never be another like him. Im totally shocked by the negative reviews!!!

Have made many purchases from them over the years. Always been very satisfied with quality of gem stones and service in the store. Mark (original owner) has retired for medical reasons, Paul is new manager but very experienced and helpful. Stepson stole his mother's wedding ring recently. We've been married 32 years. Paul was most helpful in finding one as similar to it as possible.
