Your Choice Senior Care

Your Senior Choice was the perfect solution for us. Being able to stay in her familiar environment while getting all the care she needed was such a plus for our dear friend. We are so thankful for their help and services.

I can't say enough about Your Choice Senior Care. During my father's time on hospice care, we used 2 caregiving companies and were in communication with 4 (the two we actually used, and two others with whom we had discussions and attempted coordination of care). While all 4 experiences were good, Your Choice was over and above. George and team set themselves apart in the following ways: - Super fast communication from care coordinators and the owner/manager (George) - Access to owner via group monitored text messages and cell numbers - A very evident passion and commitment to find caregivers that are a best fit for each family and situation (we experienced this first hand as an iterative but quick process of feedback and communication that landed us with the best caregivers for my dad AND my mom) - Fair and clear flat rate pricing with no surprises - A clear commitment to quick resolution of any challenges that may arise - Access to caregivers that were willing to care for my father during a time in which he had contracted COVID Our family felt very cared for, in a personal way. We felt partnered with and cared for first and foremost - the care was priority, the business was secondary. I had a emergency with family and I talked with someone over the phone to let them know what was going on I texted when everything got a little better with my family so I can go back to work Tiffany text and I felt like she was being disrespectful because I called and let them know everything and now she wont let me come back to work I am very upset because I really like working there and if it was her In my shoes she would understand (somebody dead in my family and we had to go out of town)

We used YCSC for the last few years to help take care of my Mom until she needed Memory Care. I always found them to be responsive and easy to work with! They provided very good caregivers and we ever needed to change one out, they were willing to work with me! I would definitely recommend them if you need a sitter for a loved one!
