Had engineered hardwoods installed, and Tracy and the team at Carpet Warehouse were excellent to work with. From product sourcing, to measuring and quoting, to the expert advice we received from the team, we were very happy all-around. The entire process from initial inquiry to completed install was handled in just a couple of weeks.
After getting quotes from three different companies, I went with Carpet Warehouse primarily because of the personal interactions I had with Tracy in the initial stages. She was patient with my questions, and really seemed to care about the work. It felt like a very personalized experience with down-to-earth people. Not sales-y at all.
The installers were fantastic. Efficient, tidy, friendly and professional. Their operation was so self-contained, and didn't leave our house in total chaos. They showed attention to detail and pride in the work. The new floors look beautiful.
Did I mention Carpet Warehouse provided the lowest quote out of the three I received? Icing on the cake.

I highly recommend Carpet Warehouse. We had new carpet within a couple days of calling Tim and Tracy. It's exceptional quality, was installed perfectly, and ended up being much cheaper than I anticipated. I am extremely happy I chose Carpet Warehouse, the only problem no is that we don't like the carpet in the rest of the house much anymore. It just seems cheap and subpar compared to the stuff Carpet Warehouse installed.
