They have less stock than before, which is upsetting. I liked going in to see and test products rather than buying online.

The customer service from Matt is excellent! He was capable of answering all my installation questions and gave honest feedback on what would be the best for my vehicle. I highly recommend going to this Best Buy and ask for Matt for audio installation! Very satisfied customer!

At this store I was in search of a battery charger, this store was sold out. Rather than purchasing the charger, I decided to purchase a battery from this store. There was only one left on the shelf and I bought it. I noticed the package looked a little beat up but didn't think much of it. One of the team members told me if I needed to return the battery I would be able to. One hour later I went to the next closest Best Buy where they had the battery charger. As I moved to purchase the charger and return the battery, to my annoyance, I was told the only way I could return the battery was to the store I bought it because the package was opened. I happily let the other store know that not only did I not open the package but that I was also told I could return it. After speaking with a manager I was told that there's no way they would take the battery back. I definitely got screwed out of $80. I was on a time crunch and was not a resident of the city where I could keep bouncing from Best Buy to Best Buy for their poor customer service and bad corporate policies. It's been a month since this incident and I can tell you if I can avoid purchasing anything ever again from Best Buy nation wide. I will. And don't worry Best Buy team, I'll be sure to leave a review for the store who chose not to return the battery.
