Ran in here to grab some concealer to replenish what I had. I had a few questions about a new concealer product they were offering and an associate, Sarah, seemed happy to answer my questions! Good experience, not too crowded even on a Saturday!

I've had my share of being let go from jobs but never a job where I was actually good at my job, top contender at my job, and only been there 30 CALENDAR DAYS!! Anyone that knows me know working in a beauty store is literally right up my ally but the way I was treated by the store manager and her "p" person to be not only accused of stealing by giving people "free items on purpose" with people that was taken to the CASH REGISTER and purchase items $300 $100 $70 something dollars more than willing to spend whatever on items that THEY picked out we literally have cameras everywhere in the store so trying to steal from a place like Sephora is damn near (sorry mom) impossible like seriously why would I even want to put my job and reputation in jeopardy like that? The items were a $7 face mask $17 setting spray travel size and a lip oil and this all totaled up to $49 that ofc if I miscanned I will take the fall and pay for... but to literally pin me and tell me it was purposely done I'm disgusted and heartbroken. The fact that I made so many great bonds while working there and only two people have reached out to me since my departure last Thursday really shows me your not really close w people how you think you are... I debated even posting anything about cause I've been so emotionally distraught and shocked by the whole situation but this also wasn't about to be one of those "another bites the dust" situations!!! Anyone that really knows me knows I loved and took pride and joy with my job so at the end of the day SEPHORA (2000 Riverchase YOU ARE WRONG and y'all definitely need to reevaluate your store manager Cindy Hunt! Also I just went back a week ago to return my keys and literally everyone in the store was aware of the situation like is there not any type of privacy policy??! Disgusted isnt even the word! Ive tried getting in contact with corporate and literally no response smh!!
