They were fast and efficient. I was in and out in less that thirty minutes of my appointment.

I have been treated for vaginal apathy since 2020 by Dr. Rookis up to Dec. 12 2023. My uti test came back negative and my cystoscopy was good but she noted my vaginal was inflamed which causes burning, painful urination she didn't address that. Just continue to take the medication prescribed since 2020, but I still have this terrible discomfort and the medication isn't working anymore. What now.

I was so excited to come here after all the reviews. I thought I was finally going to get answers. Instead, I left feeling like my issues didnt matter. The doctor dismissed almost all of my symptoms and said that I needed to see a rheumatologist. So I made a an appointment with my GP and he did a blood panel, culture of my urine (the doctor at the womens center did not), and ordered an ultrasound of my kidneys. I asked the doctor while I was at UCAWC if it could be my kidneys causing the blood and protein and she looked me up and down and said No, youre young and healthy. She brushed my issues off because Im young (31) and thin. My kidneys have to be checked again in 6 months for monitoring (per radiology) and Im not comfortable with going back to her to be told I dont need it because Im young and healthy. I reached out because I started running a fever (going on a week now) and have pain on my left side where it is, my GP is concerned of an infection from a complex cyst and she rudely brushed it off.

Impossible to call and get anyone to answer the phone without waiting on hold for at least 20-30 minutes. Extremely frustrating!
