        I parked in the parking deck. Took a ticket as instructed. On leaving, I paid at the kiosk inside. Got receipt. There are no clear instructions on what to do if already paid inside. I Buzzed for assistance. I could barely hear the attendant. Finally, after holding up the line, I was able to leave. Fix with a barcode on the paid receipt.

        Wow, what can I say about this parking lot???! My experience here has been frustrating to say the least, I'm a patient trying to find a spot to go to and cars are buzzing by here and there and it's 6 a.m.! I don't know Birmingham to say the least and I would prefer to be home! I'm sure ya'll have been in this situation !
