Shunnarahs replaced carpets in our townhome in Ross Bridge! We couldnt have been more pleased with the entire process! They were very helpful in choosing a great quality carpet within our price range. The installation went quickly, smoothly and excellent work. Dealing with a major water leak that ruined the upstairs flooring and damaged our living room flooring was challenging, but finding Shunnarah Flooring was a game-changer! We'd been searching for an entire year before we came across them. Their service was nothing short of outstanding. Foo, the owner, was very patient and professional. He made sure we understood everything and was super helpful throughout the entire process. Communicating with Foo was stress-free; he was always available to answer questions and provide updates, which made a big difference. Foo's crew, especially Leo and Juaquin, were both professional and friendly. Their work was excellent, and they made the whole experience really smooth and effortless for us. We were very impressed with how fast they worked, completing our large project of at least 2,500 sqft of flooring in just four days. They helped move furniture and made sure we were completely happy with the work. Also, finishing the job just before the holidays was the icing on the cake! This company did an amazing job, hands down! They turned a frustrating year into a happy ending. Were really thankful for their excellent work and great service. Everything turned out perfectly!
