BEST BAGELS IN BAMA!!! pro tips: - mix the sweet & salty!!!!! you wont regret. promise! my fav is a BEC on sea salt with some cinnamon sugar spread on the side to dip. - pizza bagels are to die for: any bagel; + pepperoni , & generously cheesy. think giant gourmet bagel bite. love to add red onion. -not a seafood girl but i know ppl that swear by their lox bagel sandwich! -seasonal maple honey walnut already is to die for. not sure how long theyll have it but definitely a favorite - get the latte; they use santos espresso ground fresh per drink. also try a lavender mocha

I ordered three different kinds of bagels. All of the toppings for them were amazing. But the bagels its self, were hard an unbearable to chew basically stale. Not sure what happened with our batch. But Ive had heated bagels before a waited to eat them . Or went back to eat them after 20 or so minutes. A they were still good soft in the inside with a nice crunch on the out. This wasnt it. Ill try them again to see if we just got a bad batch. Because all the toppings were really great. We got half and half veggie and zesty green onion spread. Turkey melt and the pizza one. My wife loves a good bagel. Usually, I'm less than excited. Lately we have been in Birmingham and tried HBC and have since made them a staple. The bacon egg and cheese is much better than anything you'll find at a drive through. Fresh bagel with 2 eggs a generous portion of bacon and great cheese. The lox bagel is my favorite. If your hungry do yourself a favor.
