Grandview Primary Care - Helena

I was looking for a new PCM for my wife and I after changing insurance at the beginning of the new year and decided to contact Grandview Primary Care although the few reviews online were horrible. Unfortunately, both my wife and I got sick upon returning from a trip over the holiday weekend and thought it would be best to find a new PCM to meet and resolve our current issue. We made our appointment and looked forward to not only resolving our current medical issue but finding a new PCM that was much closer to our house. The morning of our appointments, we are contacted by the office staff about our appointments, she asked if we were sick. I stated that we were sick and were also looking for a new PCM since we had changed our insurance at the beginning of the year. She said that the doctor would not see us as we were sick and he only wanted to see new patients when they are not sick. I was somewhat speechless. The office lady said that they wanted us to go to an Urgent Care as they are no longer an Urgent Care and we could see the doctor when we are well. Of course, we had no choice at this point but to seek Urgent Care. Believe the 1 star reviews for this office and save yourself the time and headache of dealing with these people and find another doctor to be your PCM as there are plenty of other doctors available in the local area to choose from.

As a business owner, its hard for me to write a bad review, but in some cases I feel its warranted especially in healthcare. The upside of this place is that theyre quick and Betty at the front desk is an angel. However, I was not impressed with Dr. Sanchezs bedside manner my first visit, but decided to give it another shot. My second visit was even more disappointing. I went in for an RX refill and (Im not exaggerating at all) she was in the room for maybe 45 seconds. Didnt ask me a single question. Just checked off a piece of paper, handed it to me and walked out. She said only a handful of words. I was shocked. It was bizarre. Id like to note that there was no one in the waiting room, so it certainly couldnt have been as busy as she made it seem. I know she might not be doing this intentionally, but she comes off as patronizing and arrogant. Its almost cringey. I will be gladly returning to my old physician and the 30 minute drive it takes to get out there will be worth it in every way. Lastly, this is for Betty You deserve the world. Go work for someone who is worthy of the energy you bring.

I had a horrible experience at this location . Dr. Sanchez has horrible bedside manner. I overheard her talking to her staff rudely. Her and her nurse was talking about other Patients in front of me . I really dont feel like she help me with my primary health .
