On the phone, Lisa spoke to me at great length about what I could expect in my first appointment and described all the options for someone suffering from TMJ. At my appointment Dr. Defranco listened attentively as I described my issues and he followed up with insightful questions. We agreed on a plan of treatment and Christine began all the technical testing and mold preparations. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. This was one of my best experiences at a dentist office.

The staff were professional and nice. They all greeted me upon arrival. I had to use the restroom which was very clean. The staff handled my procedures quickly and efficiently. Lisa assured me she would track my implants so I could get them seated as soon as possible . I have been a patient for 20 years and I have moved all over Birmingham, but I will continue to see Dr DeFranco for as long as he is in business. I even discovered Dr DeFranco preforms Botox injections around the eyes and I am giving that a try.

I love Helena Family Dentistry!! Everyone is so kind and engaging. My daughter LOVES getting her teeth cleaned there, and she is only 6. Im so thankful we have a great dentist office in our area that is so accommodating and hospitable!
