    There are people right next door to me that have the sever and the people who lived in the house that I was trying to get Internet in had it here before I moved in but I'm told they are not taking anymore new customers that's not right i wouldn't recommend CenturyLink to any one.

    I called months ago and had my service cut off. I actually got to speak to someone on where to take my router and drop it off and it was an empty building where you used to be. So, now i can't get an answer I have a bill against me on my credit. Yall are the sorriest rip-offs I've ever seen. Just up and leave and then don't answer but yet can still send a dam bill that was already taken care of..Joke I tell you.. honestly yall dont deserve a star much less have a business...

    Paying $60 a month for a service Im not even receiving. Id be better off flushing my money down the toilet Edit: was told they would take money off of my bill since my internet only works MAYBE half the month only to still be charged the same amount Im charged every month. Currently looking into class action lawsuits and reporting this horrible company to the better business bureau. Brightspeed/centurylink is the WORST internet Ive ever used in my life!!! Youre better off not having internet at all. Anytime we call customer service, they say it isnt working because we have too many devices connected to it seeing as how we only use ONE tv at a time and literally have NOTHING else connected to it, not even our phones, im not really sure how thats possible. This company is GARBAGE!!!!

    Customer service is literally arguing with my boyfriend as we speak. do not get this. They lie about when your bill is due. We never got emails or a physical bill and now they are trying to say we owe almost 200 dollars!
