Everything was above and beyond expected. The staff at Big Bounce Rentals was very communicative, friendly, and prompt. Despite mother nature not wanting to cooperate, their team made us feel much more comfortable about the use of the unit despite the weather. I cannot recommend Big Bounce Rentals enough. We will absolutely be using them again.
