        A couple weeks ago, I called for information. The owner answered and set an appointment to supposedly check out what septic system I had to essentially give me an estimate. I received a call prior to my scheduling to notify me that my appointment would have to be postponed. I was okay with that. What I wasn't okay with was when I had asked that it was just going to be for an estimate the dispatcher associate told me that if I didn't pay for the full service on my appointment home visit I was going to be charged a $175 fee. At that point I just cancelled everything and went with another local septic company which was about a hundred dollars cheaper and they did a great job!

        I wasted a whole day nobody called and said they was going to be late or even apologizes for not coming on time or even not calling to say they wasent going to make it that day. Im a business owner my self and customer service means everything to me.
