Walk in for a quick bite of food, only to be greeted with an attitude. The last time I went in there the lady was loud with an attitude with another customer although today she singled in on me instead. I had my daughter on speaker phone because she had just drove a long trip and I needed to make sure she was okay. I asked the lady what my total was because she just stood there looking at me crazy for a while instead of telling me the total. She said "oh I'm waiting for you to get off the phone then I'll tell you your total". So I said to my daughter "hold on real quick this lady is getting angry because I'm on the phone". Then she goes on to say "I'm not mad, if I was mad you'd definitely know". Then I said "excuse me what is your name?" She continues to say "why do you want to know my name? You don't need to know my name." I said "because girl I want to give you a good review I'm sure you get a lot of those." And she said, with an attitude again "Oh yes I do, my managers right there ask the manager". Implying that if I have a problem I can talk to the manager. Then she goes on to say that all the reviews go to the manager as if im wasting my time by giving one, which I sure hope is not the case. I had finally got her name. Her name was Angela. Well Angela should not work in a convenient store if she has zero customer service skills. She really should go work somewhere that she doesn't have to deal with customers all day as part of her job. I have business management skills of 20 plus years and that is why I am taking the time to write this complaint in the first place is to let this company know it takes one bad employee to lose a number of customers in the long run. I understand that someone being on their phone can be annoying but it's still not her place to give attitude to the customer for being on their phone in the moment. I will not be going back to that store.

Absolutely horrible service there was the girl with brown hair and red highlights and glasses just chatting away with the other worker completely ignoring me at the counter so I left and got gas elsewhere!
