Davidson Homes at Cain Park

I love my new home and my neighborhood! Almost a year ago my husband and I toured the model homes at Cain Park and met Jawana, the on site agent. Long story short we built our dream home and moved in right before Christmas. The entire process was a breeze with Jawana and Erics, the construction manager, guidance. They were professional, knowledgeable, and informative throughout the build. The two of them take pride and care about the community they are building. We like Cain Park so much that we convinced my mother to move into a townhouse. She is happy in her new home as well. Our overall experience with Davidson Homes has been positive. We cant say enough how thankful we are for Jawana and Eric for helping us with our home in Cain Park. They were both a huge part of our home process and they are absolutely wonderful. Jawana was there for any questions along the way and Eric got everything done for us early and with great care for our new build. He explained everything to us and they have continued to make sure we are happy and check in on us since moving in. We love our home and would recommend to anyone to use them!

Most amazing new home consultant and project manager ever! They were extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and caring! I love my new home so much and I love the way that the agent, Jawana, has really brought all the neighbors together to make it feel like a true community!
