        Ive had a membership at the Hartselle location for 3 months. I referred a friend and she has had nothing but issues since the jump. She pays monthly for a membership and still hasnt had access to the gym with the app without me there. We have notified multiple people and even cooperate and it still hasnt been fixed. This led to them putting my name on the door that MY 24/7 access was going to be taken away. She pays monthly and has paid the yearly fee and we have proof of this. Cooperate told her she wasnt even in the system. This place is so messy and ridiculous. Not to add youre paying for a gym that always smells horrible, only one tanning bed works and BARELY works. Do not sign a year contract with this gym unless you want to be disappointed 24/7 and wished you just got a membership in DAC in Decatur.
