        I had a few items that I needed for a weekend meal. Kroger was crowded as to be expected with inclement weather coming Monday and Tuesday. The shelves were the lowest I think I have ever seen. The specials were all gone and I was able to get a rain check on one item but it was like pulling teeth from staff to acknowledge much less advise where I could get the documentation. I had to walk the service center person on what was on sale, why I needed one and the cost and amount I was requesting. Management could do a better job training staff so that this could have been avoided.
