        Run runaway worst experience in a long time. Total miscommunication between the employees chicken was dry overcooked and thats not extracrispy sorry but no. As a former employee of kfc many years ago I was trained better. small biscuits (this is the south ?) no honey or butter offered so dry and stale not good for anyone. no upselling from employees regarding drinks or dessert and the coleslaw lukewarm and dry just wow! I need management to contact me I mean seriously WTH.

        The employees work very hard there to get the job done right. Even though there are days when they are short staff they are still friendly and the food is good. And if you ever have a problem with food or service if you bring it to the manager attention then something will be done about it. Kfc is an all around good place to eat in Hartselle Alabama.
