It was very precise to the exact of what was expected ! Very willing to go out of there way to help ! Very pleasing ! After all this we have had to deal with an anytime open access to our areas ! The gate has been broken and have been told it's been in bull to get repaired and never have seen anyone out there to repair it ! Drive by 2-4 times a day ! And became so sketchy that won't even allow my daughter n law to go by herself ! Because it does not feel safe !!! Currently trying to relocate to another establishment if they can not get it fixed! I have heard several different ppl in town talking to each other bout the gate being opened and that is just scared alone ! That would be the only problem I personally have dealt with ! Thanks

The people I spoke to on the phone to set up (and subsequently cancel in under 24 hours) were very nice and helpful (that's why I put 2 stars instead of 1). I called 12/7/23 to snag a covered RV storage spot and then drove by there later that evening to check it out. The gate is wide open - it does not close, as evidenced by the grass growing up and through it. It is not well-lit at all. Anything parked/stored there is wide open to anyone driving by on AL-25. Maybe it would've been fine with a hitch lock, but I prefer somewhere that has functioning gates that keep things secure. I looked at other Copper Safe locations in nearby Childersburg and it was the same - gates wide open, poor lighting. Their rates may be cheaper, but you get what you pay for. I recommend paying more to store your RV/boat/etc. at places that value security. I did receive a courtesy call from a U.S.-based representative 12/8 who was very nice, and it was clear that the fault for the poor state of this Harpersville location is the local grounds manager. The corporate structure of Copper Safe seems very good and customer-friendly. However, this particular location in Harpersville is why I put 1-2 stars. If they are able to get the gate operational so that it stays closed, then I will definitely consider renting an RV spot from them in the future. If you find a Copper Safe Storage location that is secure, then go for it because their prices can't be beat.

We rented a space for $44. They changed the price to $66 within 3 months. Then, they charged us insurance when I had already provided the insurance.This has occurred 2 times in the last 11 months. The gate is NEVER locked. My automatic payment was not received for some unknown reason and they charged me $20 for being 5 days late. I tried to pay on the phone and they wanted to charge me a convenience fee of $9.95! The lady said I could pay online, but she could not waive the late fee until I had paid. I got home after work, pay it online, call to get my $20 back and a new lady says she cannot give my money back, but will make a note, so if it is ever late again I won't be charged! DO NOT RENT FROM COPPER SAFE STORAGE!!! I just wanted a safe place for my camper, and I get a hassle every other month.
