Some of their employees have compassion most do not. Don't count on getting many supplies that you need for your loved one. They will make you wait a long time or tell you they don't supply them. Other hospice companys supply gloves and anything you need for your family member.

My mother was on hospice with this company while in the nursing home across the street. Carolina, the hospice nurse, was absolutely wonderful. She called often to let me know how mother was doing, and included specific things mother had said, what she'd eaten, when she was in a good mood, along with the not-so-good days. It meant so much to be kept informed and know mother was getting frequent attention. They were great in every way and earned my highest recommendation. Thank you, Carolina, for making a hard time smoother because of your caring and your skill.

I want to personally thank the caregivers who have helped me so much with my Mom. Tabitha Brown is a terrific nurse and has assisted Mom and I with everything. Brittany and Lana have been so helpful with her bathing and also have made us laugh! Mom is moving to an assisted living facility but, I won't hesitate to call if I need help again. God Bless you all!

My Mom was subjected to approximately 6 months of care (and I use that word lightly) from this organization. It was misfortunate at best. I at the onset of needing respite/ hospice assistance assume ownership of Not doing due diligence researching whom in fact I was allowing into my home, into our universe if you will. At our most vulnerable time. We never requested Jeremy Stidham nor any of the primarily incompetent group of individuals I allowed in contact with our family. Most recently I am in review of monthly documentation from the responsible payers of services. This has now led me to suspect fraudulent billing. I am in the stages of requesting an investigation with UHC. , Medicare and Medicaid. As well reaching out to the state licensing commission in Alabama. I just want to give an update. This organization ' thanks to all that's good " is under investigation within the state of Alabama . I have gone under oath twice in March of 2021. And they are working diligently to correct the errors. But fortunately we have gotten the information in time. We had a nurse, I can finally say, that actually falsified records. She well nevermind
