I moved in the end of Oct last year and love it. My daughter and I share a 1 bedroom. The management, TJ is amazing. Iv had 3 small issues and they were on it immediately to correct the problem. I would recommend this place to anyone. It's quiet w great parking. Most of the neighbors are great people. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would.

Worst place to live in Hanceville very old units. Our bathroom sink hasn't drained correctly since the day we moved in after repeated calls and work orders to have it fixed nothing was done. A year later and I have just quit using the sink and covered it. To add to that Jennifer, the manager, is so rude to many of the residents. I have been told by multiple of my neighbors when they go to her with something about their apartment or with the property she instantly gets aggravated and talks to the tenants very rudely. She does not care about mulberry nothing gets done here and trash sit outside the dumpster for weeks.

My family and I lived there for 2years and at first they were ok apartments to live in. The problem was a lot of things were outdated and in the summer you would burn up because you werent allowed to use any window units and all they furnished was an motel looking ac and heat unit. And then come to find out they have mold issues that we found out about later. Although management is somewhat better now

I moved in Feb 2020. Christina in the office is a Jewel! I did have a few issues moving in. The bottom lock on my front door, after shutting would not stay shut unless you used dead bolt. I had a stove eye not to work. There was a plumbing issue in the bathroom and later saw these tiny little bugs in the window seal. They looked like terminates, however learned they were not. But with every one of these issues, I contacted Christina and she was on it! The door was resolved that day I contacted her. Cook's Pest Control was out the very next day, that I contacted her. The same fast resolution with the stove and plumbing as well. While my stay there was short (7 months) I really enjoyed the apartment. I had a one bedroom that was very spacious. I loved the Subway tile in the kitchen. I also have a small dog and while there, the dog stations were installed to discard your doggies waste and I had the apartment that backed up to the new wooden fence that was recently installed and it was heaven for my little fur baby. Mulberry is a quiet little place where your neighbors keep to themselves but at the same time are very nice people (in the part of the complex that I lived in). I truly enjoyed my stay there and actually was sad to leave but life takes us to different journeys sometimes. I did not move because of any issue at this apartment facility. I will miss my neighbors and Christina! I have never lived in any apartment where the office was so extremely accommodating but Christina was and so it made my stay a very pleasant experience. I had a little grill and chair and little table in the back of my apartment by the woods and it was nice to enjoy on the weekends. The only downside I could give on this review is the heating and cooling. It is in the living room. If you move here, you just need a little small heater for the bedroom in the winter and fan in the bedroom for the summer. There are ceiling fans in the living and bedroom. I think if I ever had to reside in an apartment again, I would love to find one just like Mulberry's set up and of course, the office staff, Ms. Christina, that is. Also, I meant to mention the parking is great and never over crowded. The landscape makes you feel like home. I just read another review regarding the electrical. While I was residing at Mulberry, they have changed out their old electrical boxes in the apartments. I had never seen bulbs instead of breakers. That is what was in there when I moved in and kind of scared me but now they are breakers in the breaker boxes. Hope this helps!
