        At least once a year they report escrow account as delinquent to credit service when in fact its not . Drops my credit score and have to contact them to correct. If I could ditch this company I would.

        Great experience with CIS! They worked with us to get us what we needed. However, they did move our mortgage to another company in which I was not happy about at all. Either way, they did help us initially but we may wouldve reconsidered things if we wouldve known they would move/sale the mortgage to another company.

      image Great experience with CIS! They worked with us to get us what we needed. However, they did move our mortgage to another company in which I was not happy about at all. Either way, they did help us initially but we may wouldve reconsidered things if we wouldve known they would move/sale the mortgage to another company.
