        My bank had a very hard time getting this man to turn in our appraisal in a timely manner. When he finally did, the acreage for the property was incorrect. He refused to change it until the county tax office got involved. This added two weeks to our loan process. Would not recommend.

        I have never taken my time to write a bad review before, but I feel like I need to in hopes that something changes or to save others from the issues Ive dealt with. The company will not respond to phone calls, when you finally do get a hold of them, they are rude and talk down to customers. I felt like I was a burden to them and I was the customer!! So sad. I would suggest using anyone else if possible.
