The only star that I give is for the hygiene staff. I have been a patient for years, but recently have seen and overheard the way his wife/assistant speaks to people and treats her staff. I know of many friends who have changed dentists. I will no longer be a patient of someone who allows that kind of treatment to good, decent staff and patients. So, my advice, Dr lakeman..send your wifey home before she runs you in the ground

I have been a patient for years! I love the hours that are offered and how easy it is to get an appt. Dan and Sherry are so professional and always make me feel like a priority. I have gotten my husband and kids to move to their office. Great job Dr . And Mrs. Lakeman keep up the awesome job!

Been a patient for a while. Called to make an appointment. The dental assistant/owner (according to her) answered. Said I need an appointment with Dr. Lakeman. She took my info and asked what I needed. Told her I needed an extraction. She then give me a time and says near the end of the conversation that I wouldn't see the dentist that day. I then said that it wouldn't work for me. That I only needed the tooth pulled. She then accused me of being sarcastic for which I still don't understand. She then told me that it was her practice and that me nor my wife was no longer welcome as patients. I not sure what really happened. She just kinda lost it on me for no reason. If she is it fact the owner then she will end up running off anyone who says something that she doesn't like. It's really a shame. Dr. Lakeman always treated me well. But I prefer not to do any business with loose, toxic people that are on some kind of power trip. I just needed an appointment. Maybe they should let someone else answer the phone. Because she has no business dealing with the public!
