The suite was very nice. The place was clean. We went for a mini vacation. We needed help getting into our room, so we called guest services. The guest services were very nice & courteous. We really enjoyed our stay. The only thing is that we could hear the people above us walking/runnning. I wish there was a noise barrier. However, it wasn't too bad. Overall, it was a nice relaxing, clean place to stay. We'll definitely go back!

This place is an AWESOME getaway place for you and your family!! It sits on an absolutely beautiful lake in a small charming city that makes you feel as if you are the beach and mountains all at the same time. From the boardwalk on the bottom floor filled with great restaurants with tables to overlook the lake. To the incredible rooms that felt so new, as if we were the first person to ever stay there. Awesome staff that is always there to help. I highly recommend this place Rooms: Very clean and nice!! Seemed as if they were just built Nearby activities: We went to Cathedral caverns and did the cave tour which was amazing and also went to Noccalula Falls and did some hiking which my kids absolutely loved. Walkability: Very easy walking anywhere,also has an elevator. Close to downtown Food & drinks: Nice restaurants underneath, highly recommend Big Mikes Steakhouse and another broken egg. Also Pizza Ed downtown was great.

We are staying the night of Christmas. Initially impressed by space and room with lots of space and modern accommodations. THEN pulled back the bedsheets bottom sheet covered in a variety of hairs, some long and black like a humans, and many short straight hairs like from a dog. Both beds had this. No extra sheets in the room. Phone number to call had no answer or option to leave voicemail. On top of this, they expect guests to strip sheets and wash them as well as a long list of checkout items. If you dont do this youll be charged a $50 feewell it seems last guest didnt strip bottom sheet and no one checked to see. Everything else was set out and clean (towels on bed, empty fridge, etc.) but disappointing that the most important part the bed was not carefully done. When last we stayed, Hampton Inn down the street way less modern but the beds were immaculate and staff friendly and constantly available. Plus they had free breakfast and housekeeping, and less expensive for being just 3 minutes away. EDIT: Called the next day, and they did send someone over to put clean sheets on both beds, which was appreciated.
