        I'm sure they were busy when they brought me the wrong battery for my bike. Receipt was correct and part number but the battery was for a Honda and I don't ride a Honda. I will be back Tues for my battery and hopefully who ever needs a Honda battery will be waiting on me for his. It happens, but I wasn't happy after tearing my bike apart just to not have the battery I paid for. Which actually would have fit . I'm gonna see if they make my time worth it. Stay tuned.

        Worst powersports dealership Ive ever dealt with and will not be back. I took my ATV to Gville Powersports to rebuild the carbs, it had been sitting in a garage for several years and would run but only with the choke applied and would bog down under load. They could not get it to run and claimed the ATV would not run due to not having compression, even though it had been driven 2 days prior and had less than 100 hours total on it. They lied to to me on multiple occasions in an attempt to sell me a $3,000 engine rebuild. After I declined they attempted to buy the ATV for cheap not once, not twice, but three times from me after I declined the rebuild. I paid my $600 service bill for rebuilding the carbs(they did not) and took the bike to a reputable in Huntsville and they easily rebuilt the carbs and tuned them and I have been driving it for months now with no hiccups. Do NOT go here if you can help it. It is clear to me that the service department at Lake Guntersville Powersports are manipulating customers in to purchasing expensive repairs in hopes that they 1. Will pay it and not complain so they profit, or 2. Will sell their powersports cheap so they can repair and flip them for quick profit. This is a shady business practice. I heard they recently changed ownership, so maybe they replaced the service department since then. Good luck.
