A week and a half ago I drove 45 minutes. To return some boxes. The place was. Full a line to the door. Mind you I was there almost 2 hours. I was also purchasing phones.. Rhiannon was so helpful and what an asset to your company. She multitasks with Grace. Making sure everyone was taken care of. I'm going above and beyond for myself to understand My concern. She even had a problem taking off the boxes off of my account. Coming to closing she still took the time to make sure I was taken care of, let alone setting me up with two new cell phones. Let me transfer data shout out!!! To Rhiannon and her associate I didn't get her name. She definitely knows what she's doing and how to work with people.. I would definitely recognize Rhiannon as your employee.

Too many people waiting in line and not enough people open. No disability seating to wait in line, have to get out of line and say that one of the tables if you can't stand there for 15 minutes or longer waiting to be served

Absolutely aweful customer service
From multiple employees
Here are some exact quotes
The first one is to an elderly man
your voicemail has nothing to do with sprectum you should be old enough to figure it out
The second
I can adjust your bill but I cant change your bill
The third with a line out the door
Im taking my thirty most of you will still be here when I get back
