        Phoenix V is awesome great amenities. There are so many great places to eat that are actually within walking distance. Unit 610 was so clean and was nicely furnished with beautiful decor.

        We enjoyed our stay at the Phoenix Resort. The view was amazing. We loved the arcade. Everything was clean and comfortable.

        Extremely disappointed with customer service from "upper" management regarding construction in the unit next door to ours at the Phoenix VI complex. It was Easter weekend so we were shocked to arrive to our unit and hearing hammering/tile removal...etc was going on next door (so were the people in the unit directly below the construction.) Once we notified the front Desk that this was going on after 9pm security personnel were involved (they were very kind) and did there best to try to sway the contractor to stop. However it didn't curb the sounds of hammering late into the evening most of our stay as late as 11pm. Brett Robinson Rentals "management" was unable to find out who the owner was nor did they care about solving the problem during our stay. It was explained to me (as we were driving home) they did everything they could but it was an OWNER property that can only be controlled by the HOA. There is NO WAY to guarantee this won't happen again to ANY renters within the Phoenix complexes. We'll look for another company, after 20yrs. of doing business with the company it's truly a shame. RESPONSE TO MANAGEMENT: I have received NO call from management nor have I received ANY compensation for my stay.
