We are very sorry that your vacation was affected. Our goal is always for our guests to have a great vacation. I'm the owner and immediately got with my staff to understand what happened. We checked the reservation and there were six emails sent to your booking agent that were each read. Three of those six emails had the lock box and check-in information. As well, we checked our call logs and saw that you did call in. However, our after-hours phone set up requires you to select 0 to speak to someone after hours. We looked at the call routing and you never selected to reach our after hours staff. As well, we checked voicemail first thing in the morning and did NOT have a message from you or your booking agent. We've been in business since 2007 and work very hard to ensure our guests are in good hands. When something of this nature occurs, we try to figure out the issue to make sure it never happens again. In this instance, I'm not sure how you can say we provided poor customer service when we emailed you the information that you needed and had the staff available to help, had you selected that option. Our team feels awful that this happened and that you were affected; however, I'm not sure what we could have done differently in this situation. We are available 24/7 to help our guests.
