Okay, but not the best thing in town. A 4.1 rating is being generous for our experience. Wife said that her shrimp Alfredo was good. My pound of jumbo shrimp was overcooked and not quite what I thought I had ordered. The menu had several preparation options, but my order of broiled shrimp came from the steamer. And, as I already stated, overcooked. I opted not to question it as I like steamed too. Billing is as stated in another review. A cash discount, or CC surcharge, is part of the experience. Tip calculated suggestions are 20, 25, and 30%. I don't mind tipping generously if everything is great. But mediocrity doesn't get over 20 on a good day. For us, there's too many better options in the area to make this a regular stop.

Went in with higher hopes than I should've. I found Mikee's online before our week's vacation, and was excited about the menu and reviews. I was thinking we'd probably eat there a few times, given how many great-looking things were on the menu. After an hour's wait outside, where the building's gutters were dripping A/C water onto the bench next to us, we were treated to mildly rude service and pretty mediocre food that at least two of the five people in our party ended up having trouble digesting properly. The place has potential. I really wanted to like it. But I kept thinking of "L'Idiot" from the movie "L.A. Story," every time we interacted with our waitress. "Part of the new cruelty?" "Yes, I'm afraid so."

Great little spot! Bartender was sweet and her food recommendations were on point. Food was perfect!
