David, Ashley, and the entire Anchor team are true professionals. There is no doubt that their priorities are efficiency and top customer service. Having worked with the team on multiple occasions, I can confidently say that I have my full trust that they will carry out their responsibilities without reminders. Their communication is strong and I never feel the need to "check in." They are on it. Real estate transactions are stressful enough, it's comforting to know I don't have to worry about the lending piece of a deal when Anchor Home Loans is involved. Working with David and his team was such a blessing as a first time home buyer. Great communication and help understand everything we had questions about.
