Pick Sunset Properties and John Bobe everytime to buy or sell your property. John just made everything easy with a VERY tricky sale. We had a difficult older property to sell, in decent shape, with renters still living in it. We had a tight time line of wanting to sell as quickly as possible but not kicking our renters out before their new home closed. John, bent over backwards giving us amazing advice every step of the way. He helped us navigate pricing, communication with the buyers and our renters, and even worked on his vacation to get our closing in the most ideal time. You cannot ask for a more Honest, Helpful realtor to help in your real estate needs.
