        First couple years were good I guess I didnt file any claims, then the increases started so I changed companies for a better price I could afford in 2022. Then 2023 and 2024 Southern Alabama Homeowners Insurance sent bill to my mortgage company for yearly renewal and both years Ive had to fight and beg them to repay me so it can be put back into escrow. This caused my house payment to increase each time still waiting (all this is happening while I have cancer) they dont care.

        One week after hurricane Sally, I've emailed, no response. Called. Lines are busy. Filed a claim, don't even know if they got it. Someone I talked to had to walk into the office to get an adjustor out and STILL hasnt seen him. I know people who have they're roofers out already and I can't even find my agent!
